Wiltec 2-way zone valve

The motorized zone valves of the DQ220 series are delivered as a compact ball valve unit, consisting of a valve body with an attached control device. The actuator operates the ball valve. The valve body is made of forged brass. In the event of a power failure, the valve can be manually closed or opened with a wrench after removing the control part. The zone valve is equipped with limit switches that stop it in the end positions of "fully open" or "fully closed." Zone valves are used for drinking water, heating, hot water, and air conditioning systems in conjunction with "open/close" controls. 2-way and 3-way valves have versatile applications and allow for use in: 1. Room temperature zone control of heating systems. 2. Control of air conditioning systems, fan heaters, or similar individual climate devices. 3. Control of heating and hot water systems. The control of zone valves is carried out by air or water thermostats. The adjustment time is 15 seconds. Installation: The zone valve can be mounted in all positions, except for those where the control device is below the horizontal plane. Applicable TÜV and VDE regulations must be observed during installation.
