Provides you with full protection: Each tool is individually tested at 10,000 V AC and approved for 1,000 V AC. Application: For work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC. Note: VDE and GS certified. To reach deeply seated screws, the blade diameter of conventional electrician screwdrivers is often too large. However, removing the insulation is not permitted and also endangers your own safety. With Wiha slimTECHNOLOGY, specifically developed for electrical applications, the protective insulation is integrated into the blade, allowing for blades that are up to 33% slimmer. This way, slimBits can also easily reach deeply seated screws and spring elements. The insulated slimBits are subjected to individual testing according to the international standard IEC 60900, enabling safe work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC. 6 mm slimBits can only be used in the slimVario® bit holder and slimTorque VDE bit holder (VDE torque system). Tested according to IEC 60900.
