The fully certified TorqueVario®-S VDE torque system offers controlled screw fastening and safety for electrical applications. The tool set includes an ergonomically shaped torque screwdriver handle with an integrated numerical scale, two slimBits, a bit holder, and the adjustment tool. All components are neatly and practically arranged in a high-quality, durable box. The VDE torque screwdriver covers a wide range of applications with its variable torque setting from 0.8 to 5.0 Nm. A clearly audible and tactile signal upon torque release ensures a process-safe torque mechanism that protects against material damage and rework. With a release accuracy of +/- 6%, the torque tool meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6789. The insulated ClicFix bit holder provides a secure grip for the 75 mm long slimBits through a mechanical blade locking mechanism. Both the torque screwdriver and the slimBits undergo individual testing according to the international standard IEC 60900, allowing for safe work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC.
