When working with electronic components, there is a risk of damaging them. With the TorqueVario®-S ESD torque screwdriver set, this problem is a thing of the past. The ESD torque screwdriver is manufactured according to the international standard IEC 61340-5-1, ensuring maximum protection for electronic components. The dissipative tool handle has a surface resistance of 10⁶ - 10⁹ Ohms and safely dissipates electrostatic energy in a controlled manner. Additionally, the torque screwdriver allows for controlled screw fastening. With the integrated numerical scale and the included adjustment tool, the torque range can be variably set, covering a wide range of applications. A clearly audible and tactile signal when the torque is released ensures process-safe operation and protects against material damage and rework. With a release accuracy of +/- 6%, the torque tool meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6789. The set includes a bit holder for 1/4 bits. The ESD torque screwdriver is also compatible with Wiha Torque 4 mm interchangeable blades (Series 2859). All tools in the set are safely and neatly stored in a robust and organized box.
