The Weber Flavorizer Bars are placed over the burners. They protect them from dripping fat, meat juices and marinade. This eliminates the risk of a fat fire. In addition, the flavourizer bars ensure moisture in the barbecue, as dripping fat and meat juices evaporate directly. Suitable for Spirit 300 series.
