Product details
The Votronic VCC 1212-70 is a highly advanced, fully automatic battery-to-battery (B2B) charger designed specifically for the efficient charging of onboard batteries while driving. With an impressive charging current of 70 A, this converter is ideal for high-quality motorhomes, boats, and special vehicles, allowing for the quick and safe charging of service batteries with a capacity ranging from 60 Ah to 260 Ah. In modern vehicles that comply with EURO 6 and EURO 6+ standards, intelligent alternators often regulate the voltage so tightly that a complete charge of the onboard battery is not possible through conventional separation relays. The VCC 1212-70 addresses this issue by precisely boosting the voltage and ensuring a clean IU1oU2 charging characteristic, resulting in fuller batteries and greater independence. Additionally, the converter offers universal charging management for all common battery types, including lead-acid, gel, AGM, and lithium LiFePO4, thanks to its 8 selectable charging programs. The intelligent microprocessor control compensates for voltage fluctuations and losses due to long charging cables, ensuring maximum energy yield even during short trips.
- High charging power of 70 A for fast full charging
- Optimal adaptation to EURO 6 vehicles for reliable performance
- 8 selectable charging programs for different battery types
- Intelligent microprocessor control for maximum energy efficiency.
