The Voltcraft measuring lead MSB-300 consists of a particularly flexible cable with welded 4 mm banana plugs. The cable material is reinforced with highly tear-resistant plastic fibers to increase tensile strength. The measuring lead is insulated with silicone and is resistant to heat damage that can occur when working with hot soldering irons. The measuring lead features a two-color double insulation. If the first layer of insulation is damaged, a differently colored insulation layer becomes visible. Additionally, the hard nickel-plated surface finish of the 4 mm banana plugs allows for a high number of mating cycles. The rated current is 10 A and the rated voltage is 30 V AC (alternating current) and 60 V DC (direct current).
