The Tecwerk flap grinding disc is a powerful tool designed for a variety of applications in metalworking. With a diameter of 180 mm and a grit size of 40, this grinding disc offers exceptionally high material removal performance and remarkable durability. It is ideal for processing alloyed and unalloyed steels, high-strength non-ferrous metals, as well as stainless steel. The flap grinding disc is excellent for rough and intermediate grinding, particularly when working on weld seams, deburring, surface smoothing, rust removal, and cleaning castings. The 22.23 mm bore allows for easy mounting on common grinding machines, making it even more versatile. Made from zirconia alumina, a high-quality abrasive material, this disc ensures efficient and precise processing.
