The XCSB safety interlock switch is an industrial safety interlock switch with manual locking and unlocking of the actuator via a pushbutton. The XCSB offers protection for operators by stopping the machine when the actuator (attached to the machine guard) is withdrawn from the head of the safety switch. It has a red metal housing with a key-operated turret head and one tapped M20x1.5 cable entry. It features three safety contacts with manual release, a metal enclosed housing, and the actuator head can be repositioned 90° at a time with eight actuator insertion options. It requires a minimum force of 20 N for positive opening and has a protection class of IP67.
