Stahlwille electromechanical torque and angle wrench Manoskop® 714R/1

Stahlwille Manoskop® 714 is an indicating and click-type wrench with a reversible ratchet socket. It features a display deviation value for torque of ± 2%, ± 1 digit, and for angle of ± 1%, ± 1 digit. The wrench offers four measuring modes: torque, angle, torque backed up by angle, and angle backed up by torque. It has a high-definition colour display with additional side-mounted indicator lamps and a freely configurable menu structure.

There are three function modes: cut-out, peak (indicating mode with peak value), and track (indicating mode with current value). It includes a micro USB interface and allows for angle-controlled measurement without a reference arm. Data storage can accommodate up to 2,500 tightening jobs, and as many as 200 joints can be programmed in up to 25 preset sequences, with different tolerance limits set for each joint.

The wrench provides acoustic and visual assessment of the joint, and an automatic keypad lock prevents inadvertent changes. Overload protection is ensured through acoustic and visual signals and a fail-safe system (clockwise). It automatically notifies the next calibration date, either by the number of joints or the time interval. Units of measure include N m, ft lb, and in lb. The tightening torque is automatically corrected if a deviating extension is entered, making it immediately reusable after release.

Clockwise and anticlockwise tightening is possible, although it may be necessary to refit the insert tool rotated through 180° for anticlockwise tightening in cut-out mode. A tactile and acoustic trigger signal allows for simultaneous visibility of torque and angle.
