The EEx e junction box from Stahl is an explosion-proof solution designed for use in hazardous environments. It meets the requirements for zones 1, 2, 21, and 22, providing reliable protection against gas and dust explosions. With a rated operating voltage of 750 V and a maximum connection cross-section of 6 mm², this junction box is versatile in application. The housing is made of fiberglass-reinforced polyester resin, which is not only robust but also halogen-free. The junction box is suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from -60 °C to +40 °C and offers high impact resistance (IK10). Installation is surface-mounted, and the boxes are equipped with a screwed cover that provides additional protection.
