The large flat head pulls two components together with great force, while the optimized partial thread is tailored to the high load-bearing capacity of the flat head. We have adjusted the shaft length to the most common wood thicknesses. The interplay of the large flat head and optimized partial thread allows for a reduction in screw diameter (5 mm instead of 6 mm) while maintaining the same load capacity, which naturally benefits the driving speed. This means that for the same application, smaller screws are sufficient, saving you weight, time, and costs.
