Application area:
Alka-Plus increases the alkalinity (TA) of your hot tub water. A low TA can cause the pH level to fluctuate significantly during adjustment, making it difficult to set. Additionally, the water can become corrosive, which may damage surfaces like the hot tub basin.

Ingredients:
Contains sodium bicarbonate to raise alkalinity.

Application recommendation:
Check the TA at least once a week with Sanativa test strips. If necessary, adjust the value to the ideal range of 80 – 120 mg/L. Dissolve the required amount of Alka-Plus in a clean container with clear water. Ensure that the container has been cleaned of contaminants beforehand. Always add the granules to the water first, not the other way around. Dose the solution evenly over the entire water surface of your hot tub while the pump is running.
