The lacing is concealed and the shoe offers temperature-regulating, corrosion-resistant and non-magnetic toe protection with an 11 cm high plastic toe cap. The shoe has a glued-in insole and a nail-piercing textile midsole. The rubber (Vibram)/PU sole has a non-slip tread and is resistant to oil, petrol and acids. It is also antistatic and heat-resistant up to 250 °C, with a shock absorber in the heel area, and thanks to the Velcro fastening, the shoe can be removed quickly in the event of metal splashes and sparks.
