The GERW connector joints are suitable for the joint formation of butt-jointed continuous beams. In addition to transverse forces in vertical and horizontal directions, they can also absorb forces along the member and are therefore suitable for transferring connection forces. Depending on the load, a choice can be made between partial and full nailing. In the case of tensile forces (FN,d), partial nailing should always be chosen.
