The gray 1-pole phase connector is a switch for mounting on a DIN rail, designed for controlling electrical systems. The 5TL1 switches are used for switching lighting, motors, and other electrical devices. The rated currents range from 32 A to 125 A. The 5TL1 device variants can also be used as load disconnect switches according to EN 60947-1. The devices may be used as main switches for isolating or disconnecting systems according to EN 60204-1.

Whether for infrastructure or industrial requirements, Siemens offers switching devices for all applications and every area of use. The new design allows the 5TL1 switch to be visually integrated perfectly with the series of RCDs and circuit breakers.
