Product details

Actuator type: Spring rod
For use with: Limit switch 3SE5

Limit switch actuation elements 3SE5. A series of switch heads designed for use with the SIRIUS limit switch series 3SE5. Due to their plug connection and uniform interface, these switch heads can be easily exchanged. Compatible with both modular switching units and complete switch units. Rounded plungers and roller plungers. Operation can be in the direction of the plunger axis or with the rod at a right angle to the plunger axis. Rounded plungers and roller plungers have an additional follow-up path, resulting in a larger operating distance. For lateral actuation and relatively long follow-up paths, the roller plunger is recommended. Roller levers and angled roller levers. Depending on the output direction (left or right), different approach angles (α = 30°) and follow-up angles (γ = 45°) are possible. For actuation elements made of finely ground steel in the form of cams, straight edges, or cam disks. Rotary levers and rod actuation elements. For high starting speeds (v = 1.5 m/s), a selection of starting options is available. Resistant to oil, grinding dust, ice, and coarse-grained materials. With the rotary lever, the maximum approach angle is always equal to the maximum follow-up angle. Plunger actuation element - when no actuation element with approach and follow-up angle is possible, a 10° adjustment of the rotary lever is possible. Spring rods. Can be used for undefined actuations and changing starting conditions. Starting from any direction. Roller plunger for central mounting with thread M18 x 1. Quick assembly, easy adjustment. Fork lever. Switchable in two directions, locking actuation element for alternating movements.
