The three-phase basic units of the SITOP PSU8600 power supply system are ideally suited for use in larger plants or machines with networked (PROFINET) automation systems and high demands for reliability, functionality, and system integration.

The SITOP PSU8600 features two Ethernet/PROFINET interfaces and four configurable outputs (voltage and current thresholds) with selective monitoring, all within a very compact width. These power supplies can be easily expanded with additional modules from the system toolbox to increase the number of outputs or to extend the power failure bridging time, without any wiring effort.

Comprehensive diagnostic and maintenance information is available via PROFINET and can be directly evaluated in the SIMATIC S7 and visualized in SIMATIC WinCC.

Energy management is also optimally supported by capturing energy data for each output and the individual switching on and off of the outputs via PROFIenergy.

The unique modular power supply system PSU8600, with complete TIA integration, sets new standards in terms of plant reliability and efficiency.
