Safety

A 6-layer composition of fiberglass, organic fibers, and high-performance fiber materials forms the basis of the AIM+ outer shell (Advanced Integrated Matrix Plus) of the SHOEI X-SPR Pro. Together with a polystyrene core system made of several elements with varying absorption capabilities, this outer shell provides optimal impact protection at a very low overall weight, complying with the new ECE-R 22.06 testing standard. Its FIM homologation makes the SHOEI X-SPR Pro ready for racing use. The chin strap with a double-D buckle is easily adjustable and keeps the helmet securely in place. The EQRS system (Emergency Quick Release System) facilitates the removal of the cheek pads in an emergency, allowing for a gentle helmet removal.
