Safety

A 6-layer composition of fiberglass, organic fibers, and high-performance fiber materials forms the basis of the AIM+ outer shell (Advanced Integrated Matrix Plus) of the SHOEI X-SPR Pro. Together with a polystyrene core system made up of several elements with different absorption capacities, this outer shell provides optimal impact protection at a very low overall weight, complying with the new ECE-R 22.06 testing standard. Its FIM homologation makes the SHOEI X-SPR Pro ready for racing use. The chin strap with a double-D buckle is easily adjustable and keeps the helmet securely in place. The EQRS system (Emergency Quick Release System) facilitates the removal of the cheek pads in an emergency, allowing for gentle helmet removal.
