Screw-in heating elements are versatile for heating liquid media. The EHK G1 1/2 with brass nipple is primarily suitable for water and aqueous solutions. The three tubular heating elements have a diameter of 8.5 mm and are hard soldered from stainless steel 1.4404 into a brass nipple G1 1/2. They have a power output of 2000 W, 230/400 V, an immersion depth of 210 mm, a surface load of 10 W/cm², and an unheated zone of 60 mm. The design is universal without a controller, featuring a sensor empty tube of 10x0.5 mm and a stainless steel connection housing with IP66. Applications include washing machines, dishwashers, temperature control devices, and laboratory equipment. The devices are designed exclusively for industrial and commercial purposes.
