Screw-in heating elements are versatile for heating liquid media. The EHK G1 1/2 with brass nipple is primarily suitable for water and aqueous solutions. The three tubular heating elements have a diameter of 8.5 mm and are hard-soldered from stainless steel 1.4404 into a brass nipple G1 1/2. They have a power output of 3000 W, a voltage of 230/400 V, an immersion depth of 270 mm, and a surface load of 10 W/cm². The unheated zone measures 60 mm. The design is universal without a controller, featuring a sensor empty tube of 10x0.5 mm and a stainless steel connection housing with protection class IP66. Applications include washing machines, dishwashers, temperature control devices, and laboratory equipment. The devices are exclusively designed for industrial and commercial purposes. When selecting, it is essential to consider the permissible specific surface load for the respective medium and to verify it on-site.
