Screw-in heating elements are versatile for heating liquid media. The EHK G1 1/2 with brass nipple is primarily suitable for water and aqueous solutions. The three tubular heating elements have a diameter of 8.5 mm and are hard-soldered from stainless steel 1.4404 into a brass nipple G1 1/2. They have a power output of 6000 W, a voltage of 230/400 V, an immersion depth of 470 mm, a surface load of 10 W/cm², and an unheated zone of 60 mm. The design features automatic operation with a controller ranging from 0-95°C and a stainless steel connection housing with IP65 rating. Applications include washing machines, dishwashers, temperature control devices, and laboratory equipment. The devices are exclusively designed for industrial and commercial purposes.
