The new sun sails from Schneider offer a lovely alternative to a parasol for your patio or balcony. With a sun sail, you get a clever shade solution that can be flexibly installed almost anywhere and stored away to save space at the end of the season.

Special features
Each side of this isosceles sun sail measures approx. 360 cm, making it ideal for shading a larger seating area. At the same time, it offers UV protection of approximately 90 per cent. The high-quality, tear-resistant HDPE fabric, with a weight of approximately 185 g/m², is rot-proof, highly lightfast, water-repellent and allows air and water to pass through. The edge hem is reinforced, making it tear-resistant and particularly sturdy. The good fit provided by the convex edges further enhances the awning’s stability and prevents heavy pockets of water from forming.

The sun sail is supplied ready for installation with 3 stainless steel fixing rings and 10 m of fixing rope. Alternatively, you can also purchase other fixing options: D-shackles, retaining eyelets, eyelet screws, carabiner hooks and tension anchors or tension springs for securing. To ensure your sun sail is perfectly tensioned, you can purchase our height-adjustable pole separately.

To ensure you can enjoy your sun sail for as long as possible, we recommend taking it down in the event of strong winds, thunderstorms, gales and severe weather. For outdoor use in private gardens only.
