Areas of application:

• Can be used for water, heating, oil-free compressed air (up to max. 10 bar), sanitary and cooling pipes, e.g. for drinking water installations, radiator connections, surface heating, surface cooling, ceiling cooling systems

• For combination with many Eurocone screw connectors, compression fittings or fittings, our THPRESS press fittings and our STECKFIT push-fit fittings.

Technical data:

• The SANPRO pipe system has been DVGW tested for a continuous load capacity of 50 years at 10 bar + 70°C and is DVGW approved in conjunction with the SANPRO press fitting system "THPRESS" and the SANPRO push-fit fitting system "STECKFIT".

• The pipe can be bent very easily and is still dimensionally stable and diffusion-tight thanks to the intermediate aluminium layer.

• The pipes have the following approvals and fulfil the following standards / properties: DVGW W542, SKZ-monitored, KIWA, ÜA, EN ISO 21003, DIN 16836, GOST and HYGIENE CERTIFICATE.

• Low thermal linear expansion and 100% oxygen and water vapour-tight due to the butt-welded aluminium layer.

• High temperature resistance (max. 95°C operating temperature - max. 110°C/1h short-term temperature) for e.g. thermal disinfection.

• Corrosion-free and resistant to many chemicals, enabling a wide range of applications.

• The aluminium composite pipe is corrosion-resistant and low-noise, and its extremely smooth inner pipe means that no deposits (incrustations) form in the pipe.

• Our pipe is UV-resistant for at least 6 months when stored unprotected.
