Annual herb for seasoning fish, soups, cucumbers, and other salads using leaves and flowers. Flowers and seeds are used for pickling cucumbers. Sowing: April to August directly in the bed in rows 25 cm apart, with subsequent sowings every month. Care: low nutrient requirements, frequent crop rotation. Tip: well suited for freezing (better than drying), avoid very heavy soil or waterlogging, for leaf harvesting, make subsequent sowings. Harvest: leaves, flower umbels, and seeds from July to October.
