The pretty green cauliflower has an excellent taste and is well-suited for deep-freezing.

Start seeds in seed trays or a drift bed; from mid-May, you can also plant them directly in the open field. Plant strong seedlings rather deep, spacing them 50 cm apart. Incorporate vegetable fertilizer before planting and after growing.

For early seeds, use 8 cm pots.

Ideal for deep-freezing.
