Radishes are spicy and flavorful, containing vitamins A, B, and C, as well as many valuable minerals. They promote digestion and clear the airways. Add a maximum of 2 tablespoons of seeds to a sprouting device or a jar. Rinse daily 1-2 times with water, empty the water, and close the jar. Place it in a dark spot at room temperature.
