Product details

Italian specialty for spicy salads. Seed the very fine seeds thinly in rows. Cut the strongly serrated leaves continuously. The leaves of older plants become large and coarse. For tender, fine leaves, sow repeatedly.

Perennial.

Sow from mid-April to July directly onto the bed in rows 30 cm apart. Later, separate to 5-10 cm. Frost hardy. Cultivate in heated hotbeds or greenhouses for winter harvest. Shoots up in spring.
