Product details

Size No. 8. Drilling range 6.0-30.5 mm. This robust tool allows for centering, pilot drilling, enlarging, and deburring of sheets in a single operation. The deeply ground and spiral-shaped cutting groove ensures absolute smooth operation and high cutting performance. In particular, non-breaking chips are cleanly transported away, similar to a spiral drill. This reduces the formation of build-up edges and cold welding on the cutting edges. The cone shape facilitates retraction when drilling through sheets. The titanium nitride wear protection coating increases surface hardness to approximately 2,300 HV and heat resistance to about 600 °C.
