A tongue-and-groove system with an inserted sealing cord between the lid and base ensures protection according to IP66. The housing is mounted through the screw channels outside the sealing area. Features and benefits: Housing made of fiberglass-reinforced polyester (GRP), graphite added, black RAL 9011, protection class IP66 EN 60529, surface resistance: 10^9 Ω, impact energy: 7 Joules, self-extinguishing UL 94 V0, temperature range: -50 °C to +100 °C. ATEX and IECEx: II 2 G Ex e IIC Gb, II 2 D Ex tb IIIC Db IP66, DEMKO 15 ATEX 1475U, IECEx UL 15.0045U.
