The ergonomic ratchet tools create trapezoidal crimps that cover a wide range of cable sizes from 0.25 mm² to 50.0 mm². The tools are suitable for both right-handed and left-handed operation.

Hand tool 683-1605 is designed for crimping ferrules with a wire size range of 0.5 mm² to 6 mm². Hand tool 683-1614 is designed for crimping ferrules with a wire size range of 10 mm² to 25 mm². Hand tool 683-1617 is designed for crimping ferrules with a wire size range of 35 mm² to 50 mm².
