The riva Multi drinking water filter consists of the filter housing with pre-assembled riva Multi drinking water cartridge and matching hose connection set for installation on the cold water connection under the kitchen sink. The riva MULTI filter cartridge is a hollow fibre membrane filter cartridge for drinking water treatment. Thanks to the filter fineness of 0.2 µm, bacteria and germs as well as dissolved pollutants such as microplastics and particles or suspended solids can be safely retained. The filter cartridge is food-safe and certified and manufactured in Germany. Pollutant retention. The filter cartridge has a very high retention rate for the following pollutants, as confirmed by independent laboratories: Bacteria such as legionella, pseudomonads, E. coli, enterococci; microplastics and particles or suspended matter larger than the filter fineness; flow rate: approx. 10 litres per minute at a minimum pressure of 1 bar. Filter fineness: approx. 0.2 µm. Service life: The filter cartridge must be replaced after 6 months (in accordance with DIN 1988). The recommended maximum flow rate is 7000 litres. Depending on the water quality, especially if the water flow rate is noticeably reduced, it may also be necessary to change the filter cartridge at shorter intervals.
