The more traditional denim designed for motorcycle riding consists of two different layers: an outer denim layer and an inner protective layer made of Kevlar or similar materials. This traditional design gives the denim a bulky appearance and often an uncomfortable fit. To avoid this, Replay has developed a new denim fiber that offers protection and comfort without compromising on style. This new technology combines the best Hyperflex denim with protective Cordura fiber in a single layer, providing a perfect fit, incredible comfort, and of course, protection.
