Cress seeds have a spicy flavor with a typical sharpness. They germinate particularly quickly, making them ideal for sprouting beginners. Sprouts are the easiest way to incorporate essential vitamins, minerals, trace elements, secondary plant compounds, and fiber into your diet all year round – and they can be freshly harvested right from your home windowsill. BioSnacky cress from European cultivation, cress seeds are mucilaginous and therefore not suitable for sprouting jars. Origin of the main ingredient: Germany. Use: Ideal as a seasoning in salads, sauces, and dressings, and especially on bread. Preparation tip: Rinse thoroughly with clear water before sowing and consumption. The formation of fiber roots is possible. Use 1 tablespoon of seeds per seed tray. Soaking is not necessary. Sprinkle with water once a day and harvest after 3-5 days.
