Velux Active
Voilà, here it is at last, the Velux App Control: Velux App Control It also does its job without room climate sensors and other wall-mountable remote controls that for some reason have to have a white colour that does not match the standard white of other manufacturers.
An electrician is not necessary, the thing is plug&play. Pairing with the window is easy, it is described in the instructions (only needs a paper clip or similar).
Velux Active uses IO Homecontrol as the transmission technology, whereas Netatmo uses WLAN for transmission. If you want to reconcile these two technologies, you need a central control system that understands both. Apple Homekit can do this, for example, or alternatively a Somfy central control unit with Somfy thermostats that also understand IO Homecontrol. I myself have set up Apple Homekit on an iPad as a central control where both Netatmo and Velux Active products are compatible...among many others.
