Question about Velux Active
Does anyone know if the Veluxe Active Gateway will be available to buy separately? I just want to control the roller shutters with the app instead of umpteen individual battery-operated remote controls. Instead of mains cable with Power over Ethernet would be fantastic.

It also does its job without room climate sensors and other wall-mountable remote controls that for some reason have to have a white colour that does not match the standard white of other manufacturers.
Velux Active consists of 3 components: The gateway, a room climate sensor (so that temperature and humidity are transmitted to the gateway) and an absence switch with which all Velux can be closed if necessary and no longer opened automatically. So the gateway alone makes no sense.
All other individual remote controls are obsolete with this system because you can operate everything via phone or tablet. It works flawlessly. The gateway only needs to be connected to the network (WIFI or Ethernet) and of course have power (no PoE). But you can hide it somewhere.
