Rommelsbacher PS 16 Pizza / bread brick set
I can only agree with you... Ready-made pizza stays ready-made pizza. In principle, preheat well at maximum temperature, whether in the grill or oven. Adjust the time accordingly. My homemade pizza has a grill temperature of approx. 320°-350° and is ready in 3-5 minutes. Of course you use Caputo flour, available from Galaxus.
The stone is 35cm x 35cm square. Perfect and great for excellent pizza. Enjoy your meal.
Hello. Apparently this stone is not suitable for Weber Grill. You need to find a vitrified stone. You can find it on Galaxus. Enjoy your meal.
According to https://static.digitecgalaxus.ch/Files/3/6/5/8/3/0/6/1.pdf, the stone is 1 cm too big. In addition, 230°C is a bit low for a pizza stone, you should already have >270°, from 300°C it becomes ideal.
Probably not, as a fireclay brick should not come into direct contact with flames. Moreover, a normal grill would be rather unsuitable for this anyway: For optimal success, the same heat (250 - 300 degrees) must also come from above. This might be the case with a spherical grill, but the stone is rectangular. In short: I would only use such a fireclay brick in an oven.
