Hello
I have been using the above pump/filter system for a 10'000 litre pool for years. The water is treated with Chllor, approx. 5x20 grams per week, depending on the temperature. This way the water lasts the whole season. The filter has to be rinsed about once a week.
The system is completely oversized for a 1'000 litre pool. Without chlorine, the water only lasts a few days anyway; purely mechanical filtration is of no use.

A fiter is supplied. It usually lasts the whole year. If necessary, rinse briefly after 2-3 months - done.
