You only have 2 settings for the strength. If it has fresh dirt on it, it would be possible. But it's more for gardening than anything else. I'd buy something where you can adjust the strength variations, just like with a shower head,

The inner and outer diameters must have been confused when the product description was created. But I can't check this myself because we no longer have the product.

The shower has only one spray pattern, you can only regulate the pressure. At least with the version I bought.
I cannot confirm whether the 10 metres can be fully used, as I can only use a maximum of 8 metres on my terrace. But I didn't want to use the maximum, I wanted to save rolling it up and it works quite well.
