You only have 2 settings for the strength. If it has fresh dirt on it, it would be possible. But it's more for gardening than anything else. I'd buy something where you can adjust the strength variations, just like with a shower head,

Connect the grey part to the tap, the black part to the other end of the hose. To get water, you must also connect the spray gun to the black one and press the "trigger" (and the tap itself must also be open). This way you can always leave the tap open and use the spray gun to pour water as needed.

Yes - those components were in the one that I received. Very pleased with mine.
The inner and outer diameters must have been confused when the product description was created. But I can't check this myself because we no longer have the product.

The shower has only one spray pattern, you can only regulate the pressure. At least with the version I bought.
I cannot confirm whether the 10 metres can be fully used, as I can only use a maximum of 8 metres on my terrace. But I didn't want to use the maximum, I wanted to save rolling it up and it works quite well.
