Same for me, unfortunately only a Schuko plug. But the connection worked without any problems.

So somehow something is not correct...! The title says Gateway in brackets but isn't that just the Smart irrigation Control? For a smart control I still need the gateway, can't I buy it separately? Sets with gateway, irrigation control and sensor are sold. Irrigation Control only but not Gateway only? Thank you for your help

This version is the EU version with EU plug?? Gardena part number: 19032-20 The product below is 19032-22 but this seems to be the CH version. https://www.galaxus.ch/en/s4/product/gardena-smart-irrigation-control-gateway-irrigation-system-7805769 Why is this not more clearly marked in the title or description?

The version I received was with the EU plug - and Galaxus sent me an adaptor when I complained.

The adapter is now available. Great. The Gardena app requires the QR code to be read or the ID number to be entered manually when registering the SmartSystem. QR code cannot be read. Error message ID not found. Manual entry is not possible because only the serial number is available. But not the 32-digit ID number. What was sold here Galaxus?

Hello, could it be that you have the wrong device? This is what happened to me. I wanted to buy the Gardena Gate Way (this is the device that is mandatory to establish the connection between the modules and the mobile phone and also has the QR code at the bottom) but I bought the Smart Irrigation Control (the name is confusing) The Smart Irrigation Control connects different devices together. You cannot use it to connect to the mobile phone.

I received the SmartSystem today. It comes with a Euro (Schuko) plug. Is it also available with a CH plug? Should I send the product back?
