This wire end ferrule set is particularly suitable for hobbyists, craftsmen, field service, service workshops, electronics technicians and laboratory use. The tried-and-tested enclosed ferrule pliers are optimised for a wide range of applications and can therefore be used very flexibly. The crimping pliers for wire end ferrules have an automatic adjustment to the ferrule diameters in a wide range of applications between 0.25 and 10 mm² conductor cross-section of the stranded wire - with each new crimping process. The square crimping claw ensures a secure contact with a strong connection and consistently high quality during the crimping process. The automatically adjusting crimping mechanism is optimally calibrated at the factory, but can be fine-tuned to individual requirements. The ergonomic handle sits comfortably in the hand and provides a good grip. The pliers have a quick-locking safety catch and a low weight of just 363 g for fatigue-free working. The assortment box with wire end ferrules is full to bursting and well organised - so there's no more annoying searching or the possibility of not having the required size to hand. The material used is tinned copper and the insulated wire end ferrules have a vinyl plastic protective collar. The test voltage is 600 V, the temperature resistance of the sleeve corresponds to 120 °C, the protective collars are approved up to 75 °C. All parts are RoHS and REACH compliant.
