The heat-resistant HRO rubber sole, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 300°C, features variously shaped profile elements that ensure optimal freedom of movement and secure ground contact. The reinforcement of the pivot point significantly reduces friction and, consequently, fatigue. The idCell element in the heel area is made of very lightweight, foamed EVA, which effectively absorbs shocks upon heel strike. The breathable material of the sole wicks moisture away from the feet and, combined with the water-absorbing and antibacterial coated upper material, creates a perfect base climate. The anatomically shaped footbed completes the high-performance claim of the Urban series. The newly developed high-tech fiberglass toe cap offers immense resistance and more toe freedom. In this ultra-light midsole, countless small air bubbles provide optimal cushioning and enhance the rolling motion of the foot. Robust leather and microfiber make this shoe even more resilient against the rigors of everyday life. Textile inserts ensure increased breathability.
