Pressol Pump spray container, for acids, capacity 1.5 l.

Pump spray container for acids with a capacity of 1.5 liters. Designed for diluted acids (pH value 1 - 7), this PE container features scale divisions in milliliters and a fill level indicator. The container and pump button are color-coded for easy identification. It comes with different nozzles suitable for various applications, an ergonomic handle, and a safety valve.

The white-transparent PE container is UV stabilized, with a maximum capacity of 1500 ml and a maximum fill quantity of 1200 ml. It has a powerful pump mechanism, an adjustable nozzle, a fill level indicator, and a safety valve. Pressure is built up manually using a combined overpressure and pressure relief valve. Additional functional nozzles are available as accessories.

The color-coded container and pump button are red. The flat spray nozzle has an angle of 110°, with a spray pattern of flat spray at 2.5 bar, a spray quantity of 450 ml/min, and a spray distance of 1.7 meters. The temperature range is +5 to +30 °C, with a maximum operating pressure of 2.5 bar. It is suitable for diluted acids (pH value 1 - 7), provided the atomizer material is resistant to these media. For corrosive or unspecified media, compatibility should be clarified beforehand.

Materials include an HDPE container, seals made of Viton® (FKM), a pump head made of special plastic, and stainless steel valve rods and springs. The nozzle is made of polypropylene (PP).
