The threaded turning indexable insert ISO TN 16ERG60:T8030 is a high-precision tool specifically designed for machining ISO metric and UN external threads. With an inner circle diameter of 9.525 mm and a PVD coating (T8030) made from fine-grained WC-Co carbide, this indexable insert offers excellent performance when machining materials such as steel, stainless steel, and cast iron. The triangular shape with an included angle of 60° allows for efficient chip removal and ensures a long tool life. The insert is designed for right-hand cutting tools and is suitable for threads with a pitch of 1.75 to 3 mm as well as 14 to 8 TPI.
