The threaded turning indexable insert ISO TN 16ELG60:T8030 is a high-precision tool specifically designed for left-hand cutting applications. With an inner circle diameter of 9.525 mm and a triangular shape with an included angle of 60°, this indexable insert provides optimal performance when machining materials such as steel, stainless steel, and cast iron. The PVD coating (T8030) enhances wear resistance and durability, while the fine-grained WC-Co carbide within the ISO substrate ranges P25-P40/M20-M35 and K20-K40 ensures high cutting quality. This indexable insert is ideal for machining ISO metric and UN external threads with a pitch of 1.75 to 3 mm and 14 to 8 TPI. It is supplied in a packaging unit of five pieces, making it an economical solution for professional applications.
