The dust filter serves as a kind of sieve for separating impurities in the exhaust air of your Kärcher hoover. It filters fine dust particles up to 40 μm (0.04 mm) such as dust, smoke particles, bacteria, viruses, pollen and mites. Certified to DIN 44956, your Kärcher hoover retains 100% suction power with the 1-element filter. To guarantee this, you should replace the filter at least every six months (more often for households with children, animals or smokers). With the pleated filter, you can vacuum all types of dirt both wet and dry without having to change the filter. However, wash the hoover filter regularly, check it for damage and replace it in no time at all if necessary.
