Asparagus Setaceus (Asparagus Fern)
The Asparagus Setaceus belongs to the fern family and is originally from Africa. It requires a bright location without direct sunlight. The soil should never completely dry out, so it is important to keep it evenly moist. Asparagus Setaceus is available in various sizes and is not difficult to cultivate. The plant appreciates being regularly misted or showered with lime-free water.
General Information
Your plant arrives freshly repotted in a larger black cultivation pot made from recycled material, with drainage holes, and filled with fresh, peat-free Swiss soil. This means you won’t have to worry about repotting. You may need an outer pot or saucer. The pot has a diameter of 24 cm, and the plant, including the pot, is approximately 60 cm tall. The suitable outer pot has a diameter of 25 cm. Shipping is directly from Switzerland.
Care Instructions
Location: Choose a semi-shaded to bright location. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch the sensitive leaves.
Watering: Water regularly, approximately once a week or more often. The soil should always remain moist. Adjust the watering interval according to the location and season!
Fertilizing: From March to October, fertilize once a month with liquid fertilizer for green or houseplants.
