Product details

Sansevieria originally comes from Africa and is one of the easiest houseplants to care for. The plant is also known as "mother-in-law's tongue." With its beautiful, thickened leaves that grow upwards, the Sansevieria is a true masterpiece that is worth showing off. The plant is characterized by its green leaves with yellow stripes. It is an ideal houseplant for people without a green thumb. The Sansevieria is air-purifying and improves the humidity in a room.

Care
Sansevieria prefers a bright location with full sun to partial shade and requires little water. The only way to kill a Sansevieria is to overwater it. It is important that the soil is well-dried before watering the plant again, as otherwise there is a risk of root rot. In winter, the plant can go without water for 6 to 8 weeks. During the growing season (in spring and summer), it is sufficient to water it every 2 weeks. The plant thrives well in both dark and bright locations.
